Hi!
My name is Carolina and I am a Mum Empowerment Coach, mother to 1 beautiful 7-year old boy and step-mother to two incredibly independent and strong-willed adult girls, aged 18-20. I am also a former Primary School Teacher with 20 years' experience working with children and their families, and I have always had such an incredible passion and drive to help children and their families connect on a deeper level so that they can thrive.
Before I became a mum, I had grand visions of what I wanted to achieve and how I wanted to show up for my children. I was a teacher, and I truly believed that it would come naturally to me, as I had great communication skills, understood child development, and loved connecting and playing with children. Boy, was I wrong. All of my insecurities, which I had managed to store deep within me for most of my life, came out as soon as motherhood hit. Suddenly I didn't know what was right for my son. I felt I was doing it wrong. I put him in time-out and felt guilty for it. I let him 'cry it out' and felt a huge amount of shame, although I had been told it was the right thing to do. I was immersed in feelings of self doubt and guilt for the first couple of years and didn't quite know how to take charge of my motherhood with joy and conviction.
One morning, instead of going back to full time teaching, I decided to grab life by the horns and go down a different path. Life coaching led me down the path of parent coaching and it has changed my life in unimaginable ways. I now empower mums to change their lives too, so that they can ENJOY motherhood, and feel totally secure and confident that they are exactly where they want to be and that they are doing an amazing job of raising fabulous little humans in the process.
You may or may not have had similar experiences to me. But I know that you are reading this because you WANT something to change. Parenting is not a solo journey. It takes a village to raise a child, but these days our village can be so far removed from us we feel incredibly alone.
So I am here to be your village. The one who supports you, who holds space for you, listens to you and gives you the tools you need to unlock what is holding you back so that you can finally move from where you are currently, to a place of abundance, clarity and knowing that YOU are enough for you AND your kids.

I don't need help. My kids do! Their behaviour is what is driving me crazy! Do you help parents deal with their children's behavioural concerns?
My coaching is parentcentric. This means that I work with you from the belief that when you work on yourself, you create new awareness and relationship with who you are and how you show up, in turn creating new relationships with your kids. I don't offer solutions to your children's problems because I believe you are the person who knows your kids best. What I do offer is a safe space for you to find your own solutions as well as resources, education and strategies that are available to help you get there. Women who work with me have found huge transformation in their kids by going through this process.
Do you offer money back guarantees if coaching doesn't work?
Because Coaching is client focused and solutions based, I cannot offer any guarantees and do not offer refunds. I do, however, believe in what I do 100% and I know that if you put the work in, the sky is the limit. Change is inevitable. You have taken the first step by looking up coaching. How much change you will see is up to you. I will always be fully present, hold the space for you and will offer you as much support as you are willing to receive. The rest is up to you.
How much are your coaching sessions?
I offer a range of packages as I want to help as many women as I can. Prices vary depending on the length and depth of coaching you would like. Coaching is also tailored completely to your needs so I do not have a set price list. However, payment options are available and if you are committed to the transformation, I will do my best to meet your needs.
