I’m Paul McCasker, a business coach and marketing strategist, helping service-based and trade-based businesses build clarity, confidence, and long-term success. My Background

Before becoming a business coach, I spent over 15 years running my own service business. I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle staff, vehicles, clients, cashflow, and marketing — often all at once. I’ve experienced the challenges of scaling up, managing teams, and trying to grow a business while still working in it. That real-world experience is what drives the way I coach today. I don’t just bring theory; I bring practical, tested strategies that I know will work in the real world.
