Description
Drawing from five years of monastic training and certifications in NLP coaching, somatic work and counselling foundations, I use a grounded East–West approach to help empaths and highly sensitive people untangle the emotional patterns that keep them over-giving, burnt out and disconnected from their needs.
Instead of a generic mindset work, my process focuses on practical nervous-system regulation, attachment repair, and identity-level rewiring so you can set boundaries without guilt, communicate clearly, and feel safe choosing yourself.
If you're tired of repeating the same cycles in relationships, I’ll help you rebuild self-trust and create a life that feels both peaceful and empowered — not performative, and not dependent on others’ approval.
