As an ICF-accredited coach, I help neurodivergent adults, parents and educators develop strategies that work with their brains — not against them.
My practice is grounded in neuroaffirming principles, which means I celebrate all brains and make space for everyone. Being neuroaffirming means acknowledging that ADHD, Autism, AuDHD and other neurotypes are not deficits — they are differences. These differences make people unique, creative and capable. In the words of author and advocate Chloe Hayden, they are “different, not less.”
For many adults, discovering ADHD later in life can bring a wide range of emotions. You finally understand why things have felt harder — but you may also wonder what comes next and how to work with your brain now that you have a better understanding of it. My coaching approach combines evidence-based tools with warmth, curiosity and lived understanding. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in your way, explore what truly matters to you, and design realistic and strategies that executive functioning.
We work on managing time and energy, navigating executive function challenges, improving emotional regulation, and celebrating the strengths that come with a neurodivergent brain — creativity, hyperfocus, intuition and resilience.
Coaching sessions are collaborative, strengths-based and non-judgmental. Whether you’re seeking clarity in your career, balance in daily life, or confidence in your identity, you’ll find a supportive space where your brain is understood and valued.
Parenting a neurodivergent child can be deeply rewarding — and very overwhelming. You want to support your child, but you may be navigating conflicting advice, school pressures and your own process of learning. My parent coaching supports you to feel confident, informed and calm in your role.
I help parents understand their child’s neurotype and behaviour through a neuroaffirming lens — recognising communication behind behaviour, supporting regulation before compliance, and building connection as the foundation for growth. Coaching provides practical tools for communication, routines, sensory regulation, and advocacy in educational settings, while also supporting your own wellbeing and self-compassion.
Together, we focus on what’s working, not just what’s hard, and we design strategies that align with your family’s values and capacity.
Every coaching relationship is built on trust, collaboration and respect. My goal is to empower you — as an individual or a parent — to understand yourself or your child more deeply, and to create systems and habits that genuinely work for your unique brain.
Question: Do you only work with neurodivergent clients?
Answer: No, I love working with anyone who needs help managing day to day challenges and achieving outcomes.
Question: What is neuroaffirming practice?
Answer: As a neuroaffirming practitioner I believe that ADHD, Autism and other neurotypes are not deficits, they are differences. These differences make ND'ers unique individuals who should be valued and included as they are.
Question: Do you have any coaching qualifications?
Answer: Yes, I am an ICF Accredited Coach (ICF Level 2). That means I have completed training and coaching hours to meet the standards of the International Coaching Federation. I have additional qualifications (and a great deal of lived experience) in ADHD coaching and parent coaching, and am an NLP Master Coach.
