13/12/2024 at 9:34 pmAfter a lifetime of being “an anxious person” a bout of shingles, coupled with thyroid problems, drove me into a severe state of anxiety. Even after my health issues were settling down, the anxiety and fear I was experiencing were robbing me of a happy life. So I decided to get some help and an internet search led me to Debbie. I was very fortunate it did!
I found Debbie to be very friendly, honest and practical. She is also a Christian, as am I, and the addition of prayer in the sessions was very welcome to me although only included if I wished it. I decided to go with the TRTP method after Debbie gave such a clear explanation of the process. She has been through TRTP herself and was so knowledgeable and positive about the steps along the way and the outcome I could achieve. She was so willing to answer any questions I had too – she is very patient! I really did not know if this would work for me but Debbie was encouraging and gave me such good advice as I began the process. I feel it has been successful. Yes, I still get a little anxious at times, as everyone does, but I have found the joy in life again and I am no longer waking up every morning with a feeling of dread. It is great to feel happy and excited again. Thank you Debbie. I am so grateful I was led to you

I felt compacted trauma that had been stuck in my body, dis-regulating my nervous system start to leave, like pieces of a Jenga puzzle being taken out piece by piece. I now have so much more to give and feel free from the chains that I wasn’t even completely aware were holding me back. Wow Debbie is one of a kind. She’s a gifted Counsellor/ Coach and a real Woman of God who I admire and respect. Debbie is wise and experienced and has a gentle yet bold way about her. I have referred several women to her and will continue to do so. I can’t recommend her highly enough. What a Godsend her counselling has been to me
