With a different topic every four weeks, we cover all you need to know about living with ADHD.
Knowledge and understanding are vital tools for any adult or teen with ADHD, particularly those in a similar situation to yourself. The PoCTA workshops give you a community of people who also struggle with ADHD, knowledge of the ADHD challenges you experience, and practical solutions for working with your strengths and weaknesses.
